Job Description
Location : Bukit Merah
:
Provide Integrated Systems Management Services support Manage and ensure that the systems mee KPI or SLA Manage compliance status and ensure the Systems adhere to standards, policies, directives and guidelines Responsible for compliance declaration. Prepare and support independent audit exercise Prepare and maintain Project Security Management Plan. Conduct security review to minimise risk exposure Ensure asset inventory are maintained and updated regularly for the Systems Investigate and resolve Systems or infrastructure issues Manage stakeholders and ensure good customer satisfaction Manage Tech Refresh for Systems
Job Requirements:
Degree in IT or a related experience in managing IT infrastructure projects in diverse, complex, large-scale environments Good technical knowledge in system / network diagnosis and troubleshooting, experience in supporting transmission network infrastructure knowledge of Windows Server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment, Experience in customer facing role.
