Position title: Assistant Tax ManagerLocation: Robinson Road
Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Working hours : 9:30AM - 6PM
Upon confirmation:
Can choose 8:30AM - 5PM / Default hours
Salary : $5,000 - $6,500 (Experience 6 years)Overview:We are a professional firm offering Accounting, Tax, Corporate Secretarial & advisory services and we specialize in Marine, Investment Fund, Real Estate & Crypto industry. We mainly support Japanese companies in their business development in Singapore.:a. Corporate Taxation
- Support clients on taxation services as follows:
- Analyze Financial Statements & GL to identify strategies to minimize client\'s tax costs, ensure tax compliance and accurate tax filing
- Preparation of corporate tax computations for clients from various industries
- Preparation of ECI and Form C/C-S and the filings to IRAS
- Preparation and filings of withholding taxes to IRAS
- Preparation of application of COR for DTA
- Research on various tax matters
- Any other ad hoc works related to corporate tax
- Prepare the computation of clients\' individual taxes, preparation of IR8A and IR21 tax clearance
- Responsible for the e-filing of tax return to IRAS
- Preparation of AIS data
- Coach and provide guidance to Senior / Tax Associates and Tax Interns
- Review tax computations and tax related work prepared by Senior / Tax Associates and/or Tax Interns to ensure accuracy and timely submission
