We are currently recruiting part-time Assistant Teachers to support our Nov/Dec holiday programmes for our MindSpace Centre located at Sembawang Shopping Centre. Job Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing Mindchamps' unique lesson plans and enrichment programmes in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the Centre Assist in guiding primary school students to ensure completion of their daily homework and other school assignments Assist in the preparation of teaching resources and materials Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and learning environment of classrooms Serve as an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset Conduct daily health checks for students Ensure safety of students at all times Guide and manage students using positive discipline techniques Manage other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Director Job Requirements Experience in teaching or interacting with primary school students will be a strong advantage Exposure to MOE primary school syllabus in English, Math, Science or Chinese Good communication and classroom management skills Enthusiastic, energetic and nurturing with a good ability to connect well with children Note: Flexibility in terms of the start date and work schedule can be discussed.
