Job Responsibilities:



Assist the Contracts Manager for the full tendering process, including planning, coordination, and timely submission. Collaborate with department leads to ensure technical accuracy and consistency across submissions. Prepare competitive pricing strategies and cost estimations; able to review or perform Pile or Load Tests when required and submit to Contracts Manager for final approval. Ensure all submissions comply with financial guidelines, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, partners, and subcontractors. Participate in client debriefs to gather feedback and improve future submissions. Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements (LTA, BCA, JTC, etc.). Oversee accurate compilation of all tender documents, including contracts, clarifications, and records. Analyse past tender outcomes to identify patterns, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in tendering, bid management, and estimation within the construction, infrastructure, or geotechnical engineering sectors in Singapore. Familiarity with local tendering processes, government procurement practices, and industry standards. Strong written and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant tender management software/tools.
