Provide sales and administrative support to the CEO with offices in Singapore and overseas.
Handle the processing of all quotation presentations and sales orders with accuracy and in timeliness manner.
Keep clients informed of unforeseen delays or problems.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events, as well as creating sales demos.
Respond to queries from customers and provide after-sales support.
Work very closely with CEO to provide pre and post-sales support, including preparing sales quotations and compiling collateral
Create sales demos for presentation
Following up with clients and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
Typing legal
Provide marketing and event support
Ensure proper documentation and filing
Maintain and organize correspondences and customer-related documents for easy retrieval
Any other ad-hoc and administrative tasks as requested

Proficient in technology platforms
Excellent presentation creation and communication skills
Fast learner and with multitasking capabilities
Strong organization and coordinating skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong team player with positive working attitude
Ability to work professionally with suppliers, potential and existing clients
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
Organized and meticulous with data entry and report writing
