Assistant to Manager (Internship / Part-timer, Many Roles Available)

1. Admin Support
Perform data entry, filing, and documentation. Assist with scheduling, coordination, and reports. Support daily operations and internal communication. Assist with delivery / collection of products from suppliers & clients. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
2. Marketing Assistant Support
Online / offline marketing campaigns. Conduct competitor and trend research. Coordinate promotional materials and logistics. Assist with delivery / collection of products from suppliers & clients. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
3. Sales Support
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and orders. Maintain sales records, leads, and follow-ups. Support events, exhibitions, or client meetings. Assist with delivery / collection of products or documents. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
4. Delivery / Collection Assistant
Deliver / collect products, materials, or documents between clients & suppliers. Ensure proper handling and documentation. Support logistics or warehouse coordination. Assist other departments when required. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
5. Analyst / Research Intern
Conduct research, data compilation, and reporting. Analyse market trends and performance data. Support management with summaries or dashboards. Assist with delivery / collection of materials or documents. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
