Job Description
- Implementing Brand’s training strategy for the region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines & Vietnam)
- Organize training sessions according to global & local training objectives and priorities
- Conduct soft skills and technical training to retailers, media as well as internal staff.
- Create training calendar for execution of training across the region
- Present complex and technical subjects
- Promote digital training tools and encourage their use
- Monitor training and development process of customer facing staff and internal staff
- Execute training and action plan for retailers based on mystery shopping results
- Help and support the local team for any logistic, implementation or organizational issues
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline, preferably with relevant training and sales support experience.
- More than 5 years’ experience in training or a similar position with a luxury/premium brand in consumer goods/automobile/aviation. Candidates equipped with Mechanical Engineering background/knowledge will be viewed favorably.
- Experienced working with sales team, possessing analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze numbers and prepare presentations
- Office: Orchard | Mon – Fri (9am to 6pm)
- Monthly salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
