• Independently underwrite risks and structure complex programs received from Key Partners
• Support Business Package product underwriting trainings in Agency and brokers to help them understand Business Package products\' risk appetite and identify areas for growth
• Assist to maximizing the usage of Business Package\'s online platform in key distribution channels
• Assist to expand Business Package business via broker channel
• Assist PCM to manage and improve the underwriting processes and procedures in compliance to the Business Package underwriting guidelines and risk appetite
• Achieve profitable growth target and assist to drive business strategies for the department and ensure that strategies are executed and monitored

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed

• Possess recognized insurance qualification and/or relevant tertiary degree from a recognized institution
• Relevant underwriting experience in Business Package products or Commercial Property in Singapore
• A flexible approach in a changing work environment
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude, dealing with ambiguity and attention to details
• Customer focus mindset and team player
