Job PurposeWe are seeking a dynamic candidate for our Affinity and Partnership Management Unit within the Distribution Alliance Section. The ideal candidate will involve managing strategic partnerships and alliances, developing and nurturing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and business growth. You will be responsible for driving the overall partnership strategy and ensuring successful partnership outcomesThe Job\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute strategies to identify business opportunities from strategic partnerships and alliances.\xc2\xb7 Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners to leverage their networks for lead generation.\xc2\xb7 Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for leads generation.\xc2\xb7 Implement strategies for leads generation which can be implemented within sales agencies.\xc2\xb7 Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal stakeholders and corporate partners to strategize, execute and optimize leads generation campaigns across channels.\xc2\xb7 Cultivate collaborative internal partnerships, influence through others, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy.QualificationsOur Requirements\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or business, with broad professional experience in public relation and networking. Knowledge of insurance products would be ideal.\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in the insurance industry.\xc2\xb7 Other preferred requirements:\xc2\xb7 Project management skills.\xc2\xb7 Cross functional knowledge of distribution, operations and technology.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical & communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work and interact effectively with stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Good attitude and team player.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates alignment with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s core values through expected behaviours\xc2\xb7 High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork\xc2\xb7 Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of design, web enabled applications and photo editing programmes will be an advantageAbout Great EasternEstablished in 1908, Great Eastern places customers at the heart of everything we do.
