Organizational Development

HR Excellence
: Collaborate with HR CoEs to implement best practices, ensure compliance, and deliver impactful HR programs.
Leadership

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
10+ years of HR experience
with leadership and people management responsibilities.
Strong track record in HR business partnering, preferably in fast-paced and complex environments.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into people strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Resilient, adaptable, and capable of handling diverse HR challenges under pressure.
