• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Preferably holding a CEI Basic Certificate.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective hiring strategies in a competitive market.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent management.
