Job Purpose

Create content according to customer personas, identify their needs and map corresponding customer journey. Analyses touchpoints along the journey, identify gaps and opportunities to enhance digital experiences for the target segments.

The Job

\xc2\xb7 Work with different stakeholders to create relevant content and bundles to the target segments to drive interest, engagement and retention

\xc2\xb7 Develop customer engagement strategies, tailoring to respective personas

\xc2\xb7 Govern website content to ensure that it meets the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s standards and guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Create email content, execute emails and ensure all emails are deployed to the right customers at the right time

\xc2\xb7 Deliver the full end to end email process from design to delivery

\xc2\xb7 Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of the content and using the data for future planning

\xc2\xb7 Keep abreast with content and digital marketing trends and consumer preferences

\xc2\xb7 Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

\xc2\xb7 Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Qualifications

Our Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of content practices, includes marketing trends and understanding of SEO

\xc2\xb7 Experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimal supervision

\xc2\xb7 Competent with MS Office and other applications

\xc2\xb7 High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

\xc2\xb7 Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
