Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting the project as being the only full-time person working on it. This role will be supported by experienced external consultants working part time of 2 projects in parallel.
• Conduct all interviews for the project, about 1 to 2 interviews per week with each Manager involved.
• Formalise the content of the interviews into pre-set templates that will later be used for reporting purpose
• Be the key stakeholder on its scope
• Ensure timely progress of the project to ensure meeting deliverables achievement and deadlines
• Work closely with Line Managers and Division Head on a given scope, along with a defined 3-phases methodology (ZBB) to 1. analyse in detail the cost base, 2. identify efficiency levers, 3. define an implementation roadmap
• Phase 1: Perform a detailed activity mapping on the tasks performed by the team, and analyse the associated cost base
• Phase 2: Identify and quantify efficiency levers, aiming to improve the scope by 15-20%
• Phase 3: Detail action plans on the efficiency levers and define an overall roadmap
• Report weekly to the Division head about the progress status
• Report every 3 weeks to the Division head at the end of each phases
• Report monthly to the overall ZBB program governance to incorporate the results of its scope into the broader picture

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience gained in a corporate or MNC environment.
• Prior working experience in cost transformation.
• People-centricity and autonomous, dynamic and results oriented with a can-do attitude
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with problem solving and analytical skills
• Communicates in a clear, succinct, organized and convincing manner verbally and in writing. Written and verbal fluency in English is a must.
