We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Distribution Marketing .

Principal Responsibilities

• Support Agency & direct team on marketing related initiatives to drive both brand awareness and grow business numbers
• Collaborate with wider marketing teams from communications, social media and branding team to deliver the support towards Agency force
• Be well informed of both the brand and agency marketing guidelines and perform an approver role to all marketing related approvals from Agency force & direct team together with Head of Marketing & Communications
• Ensure product launch and customer campaigns information on any 3rd party distribution/partnership websites are up-to-date
• Conduct trainings for Agency team to keep them well informed of our marketing guidelines to be in line with HSBC\xe2\x80\x99s governance framework
• Manage any Agency & direct team related marketing support including creation of premiums for events and roadshows
• Prepare presentation slides for key engagement events with Agency force i.e. Flying Start, Final Sprint & other forums etc.
• Collaborate with wider customer & digital team on other key initiatives to promote the brand and deliver key business results

Requirements

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, marketing or a related field
• 5 years of experience in managing marketing related initiatives for distribution or Agency force is preferred
• Strong understanding of business model and ways of working of an Agency force
• Collaborative mindset with team work as top priority is crucial in this role
• Data driven and results oriented, with a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication (includes objection handling) and inter-personal skills to engage multiple stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving skills to think out of the box and solve challenges within constraints and strict framework
