We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, HRIS to join our HR team. The AVP, HRIS will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support for HRIS-related issues. This role will also provide support to the HRIS project teams to streamline processes and leverage the HRIS system to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes and systems, excellent analytical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.Responsibilities
