Assistant/ Vice President, Investment Banking (financial Institution)

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end equity and debt transactions from origination, execution and assisting with distribution
- Work closely with Director on daily operational, financial and credit due diligence duties
- Assist in reviewing legal documents
- Identify potential investment opportunities for the company
- Develop and maintain new and existing client relationship within Asia Pacific region
- Expand investor base in Singapore
- Constant update on major trends/ regulations changes in the industry
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned \xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements
- Bachelor in Banking/ Finance/ Accounting or Economics or Legal
- At least 5 years of experience in investment banking
- Strong understanding of Fintech and Financial Services landscape in Southeast Asia
- Prior experience or knowledge in Debt Capital Market will be ideal
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
