Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Financial and feasibility analysis, assisting in all phases of investment management.
- Feasibility studies and other research for potential investments, investment underwriting, due diligence, managing documentation, site visits and investment closing.
- Preparation of written presentation to the investment committee in relation to proposed transactions.
- Market economic and demographic research to assist in evaluating markets for existing or potential investments.
- Support in day-to-day asset management and any other duties as assigned.
Degree in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent from a good university
Candidates who are effectively bilingual in both written and spoken Korean and English will have added advantage
At least 4 years of relevant experience
Good report writing, verbal, financial modelling and presentation skills
Independent and able to work under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with, engage, and convince others and motivate the team.
