We are seeking a Division Manager to manage and lead data networking professionals.Responsibilities

• Manage a division of data networking professionals in technical presales and service delivery. Providing leadership, guidance and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment within the divisions and across the organisation.
• Accountable for the project implementation milestone to be delivered by the engineers.
• Lead a team of technical presales professionals to collaborate with the go to market team to maintain strong relationships with clients, understand client requirements and develop network solutions that address their business needs.
• Responsible to provide expertise on network technologies, industry trends and emerging solutions to the team to guide clients in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with product vendors and partners to stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practises to enhance service delivery capabilities.
• Ensure competency development for the engineers to support multiple products and solutions such as routing and switching, wireless LAN, SDWAN, load balancing, performance monitoring, network orchestration and automation, network security.

• Accountable for the team respond to request for proposals (RFP), tenders and prepare accurate technical solutioning by providing guidance to engineers to work closely with the sales team to provide technical proposals, presentation, and solution bill of materials.

• Proven experience in presales and implementation, with focus on network solutions and technologies.
• Strong technical expertise in networking, including but not limited to routers, firewalls, VPNs and network security.
• Familiarity with a variety of network architectures, protocols and topologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with clients.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address client challenges.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE or relevant certifications are preferred.
