Job Summary

We are seeking for someone with strong knowledge (products, regulations, systems, and processes) on listing & trading, clearing & settlement of financial products, securities corporate action processing, settlement, and custodial services and AML/KYC practices. Analytical thinker with creative mind-set and partners well with stakeholders. Supports team manager to meet the operational objectives of the function.

Job Responsibilities

Manage requests on portfolio management and estate planning by investors and regulators. Manage processing resources and allocations to meet service delivery timeline. Lead issue resolution, driving process improvements, and influencing change across multiple teams and external partners. Proactively review and conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, considering both operational and technological solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design new processes, ensure successful implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives. Take the lead and drive the completion of projects and initiatives to support development of securities products and platforms. Deepen the relationship with Members, and other external stakeholders. Support manager to build an effective and cohesive team contributing to SGX's success.

Job Requirements

Degree holder with minimum 4-6 years working experience in Securities related field Strong understanding of Equities & FICC products & processes Experience in process improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of accurate execution and an eye for details. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to deal with ambiguity, assess complex situations and develop practical solutions Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities Strong inter-personal and effective relationship management skills. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Knowledge in RPA / VBA / Python language
