\xe2\x80\x8bOur Client is a leading company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit an Assistant Vice President (SAP Payroll). Assistant Vice President (SAP Payroll) Job Responsibilities
- Assists to support the Payroll and HRIS systems, which may include customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications and functions.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users.
- Assists to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
- Evaluates and implements changes as requested by users
- Manages permissions, access, system operations and settings for HRIS users
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Assists to review license renewals and services contracts
- Facilitates across relevant departments to perform vendor reviews and attestation
- Active participation in audits and BCP exercise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Ability to manage stakeholders and help to prioritise enhancements
- Experience in SAP Payroll application. Having experience in SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
