Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.Reporting to the Vice President, Treasury, you will be part of the Finance department, supporting CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited (CICTML).ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and execute financing/refinancing requirements and documentation such as bilateral/syndicated loans, debt capital markets (e.g. MTN notes), hybrid instruments (e.g. Perpetual securities) and equity fund raisingSupport management of the REIT\xe2\x80\x99s debt portfolio to achieve well spread debt maturity profile, optimise borrowing cost, and monitor the compliance of debt covenantsExecute hedging strategy by entering into swaps and forward contracts for foreign currencies and interest rate exposuresOversee and prepare regular and adhoc reports on cash forecasts, interest rate and foreign exchange exposure, liquidity and other treasury positions for the REITManage relationships with banks and credit rating agencies and keep tabs on development in financial marketsWork with internal stakeholders to address funding requirements and fund movements across countriesManage treasury operations including bank account management, KYC, loan drawdowns, rollovers, distribution and interest paymentsSupport investment evaluations and M&A activities and advise on optimal funding options and impact to overall capital structureManage compliance certificate submissions to lenders, bond trustees, FATCA/CRS, AIFMD and other compliance matters, as requiredAny other duties as assignedRequirementsDegree in Accountancy, Business Administration with minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant work experiencePrior working experience in real estate is an advantageExperience in team management is preferredA self-driven individual who is meticulous and organizedStrong analytical and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with different functions and levels and in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
