Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.You will be part of the Investment team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and report to Head, Investment of CLARML.Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating investment strategies
• Responsible for deal sourcing to seek out investment opportunities
• Lead and execute deals independently, including financial modelling, feasibilities studies, investment proposal, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and investment approval etc
• Work closely with co-workers/external consultants to determine input for various disciplines such as asset management, tax, finance, legal, technical etc required for the preparation of investment proposals
• Carry out post-acquisition analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business or equivalent
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant real estate experience
• Possess track record of deals in overseas market
• Possess excellent financial and business acumen, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proven experience in property acquisitions and development
• Exposure to industrial property/office will be an added advantage
