Our client, a global investment firm based in Singapore, is seeking an experienced professional with a strong private equity background to drive unified alignment across the organization and enhance overall investment performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a high-level perspective on investment portfolio, investment activities, and strategy, while contributing to the development of plans and programs to address ongoing organizational needs.




Responsibilities:


Support senior management in formulating and communicating key investment strategies and directives Drive strategic and analytical projects to evaluate investment performance and refine investment strategy across the portfolio Derive key insights from investment and portfolio data to enhance decision-making Collaborate with investment and functional teams to shape overall investment strategy and direction Provide overall portfolio oversight support, including driving the Portfolio Action Plan Establish firm-wide best practices and learning initiatives, critically assessing and enhancing existing investment practices Capture learnings across different sector/market teams and public/private market teams to instill best practices Initiate/lead projects to enhance investment professionals' effectiveness and competency


Requirements:

4-8 years of experience in investment management or a related field, with a focus on private equity with deal / portfolio management / value creation background

Proven experience in investment strategy, performance management, and portfolio oversight Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive strategic initiatives Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Strong business acumen, with ability to think critically and strategically


Preferred Qualifications:


Background from a global tier 1 private equity firm, with deal / portfolio management / value creation background Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Strong understanding of investment strategy, portfolio management, and performance analysis
