Responsibilities

Management of design and system integration activities
Project Lead for assigned project, managing the design team from all disciplines to meet contractual deliverables on schedule.
Review and acceptance of system design in suppliers Design Review.
Ensure timely completion of design and production information.
Review of Tender / Owners requirements, and the technical solutions.
Review and approve the Equipment Technical Specifications for procurement.
Participate in Commercial and Technical Negotiation with suppliers.
Review and plan capability build-up.
Identify capability gaps and recommend suitable trainings and other action plans.

Requirements

More than 15 years of experience in Defence and Marine Industry
Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Technical competent in Navigation, Communication, Weapons and Sensors
Broad knowledge of Naval shipboard operations
Knowledge of Ship Classification Rules and Military Standards on Ammunition Saftey, Storage and transfer/embarkation
Keep abreast with current technological developments and products
People management skills
Able to multi-task, deliver tight schedule, have safety mindset, lead teams to overcome challenges.
