Individuals should have full working knowledge of loans/ lease documentation acquired through experience in a loan/leasing environment. Individuals typically have 5 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
Ability to work independently and good analytical skill.
Ability to review and understand credit approval report

The International Leasing Operations team consists of 19 Leasing professionals supporting Bank of America\xe2\x80\x99s Leasing business in EMEA and APAC. . The candidate for this role can be based out of Singapore office supporting primarily the APAC leasing business. The APAC business has grown substantially over the last 10 years and continues to grow. What you will do
Responsible for compiling documentation and reviewing transactions to ensure compliance with business approvals, in line with our business procedures, prior to New deals being closed.
Work on complex documentation; interface with legal counsel and business line partners.
Position will work with Credit, Legal and Marketing personnel within the region to understand requirements and ensure transactions and processes meet required policy standards prior to deal funding.
Incumbent will coordinate extensively with Leasing personnel in US to ensure appropriate systems, booking, reporting and collateral management requirements are met.
Maintain responsibility for accuracy of documentation.
Review of insurance certificates.
Manage In-Life maintenance activity of the Loan/Lease portfolio.
Significant levels of involvement in process enhancement activities.
