About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities
Implement Distributed Systems changes in the UAT/Production environment, minimizing the risk of system outage due to change to ensure stability of the IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage IBM, DellEMC and Hitachi Storage
• Storage provisioning and zoning for new and existing servers
• Troubleshooting on SAN infrastructure related issues
• Scheduling and implementation of firmware upgrades
• Coordinating with storage vendors the delivery and deployment of new storage system
• Storage monitoring and support for SAN infrastructure
• Work on storage vulnerability assessment reports
• Supporting the Bank in managing the distributed system changes in UAT/Production environments with change management, control and deployment.
• Review and assess risk associated with requested change.
• Make sound decisions on the upstream and downstream impact of change based upon understanding of the Bank's environment.
• Drive and contribute to automation initiatives - driving productivity, recommending improvements, remediation and operational excellence using quality methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent in Computing related disciplines with minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in data center infrastructure support
• Strong technical skills in managing IBM, DellEMC and Hitachi Enterprise Storage solutions
• Expertise in Deploy, Configure and Administration of SAN Fabric Brocade Director-Edge switches
• Hands on experience in Storage Migration of IBM, DellEMC and Hitachi Storage Arrays
• Technical skills of DellEMC Data Domain and Symantec Netbackup solution
• Proficient knowledge in configuration of storage layouts, storage virtualization concept and data replication
• In-depth knowledge of AIX, REHL, Linux and VMware configurations
• Troubleshooting performance issue on SAN infrastructure
• Experience in Security Audit assessment on Storage Array and SAN Switch for any compliance and vulnerability
• Provide On-Call 24x7 support on a rotating basis
• Self-starter, flexible, good team player and able to work under minimum supervision
• Strong in developing processes and maintaining comprehensive documentation
• Ability to articulate, possess strong technical communication and interpersonal skills
