Job Responsibilities * Lead and prioritize the Application Development team's work load * Provide cost estimation for project/change requests * Carry out functional study and system design Job Responsibilities Lead and prioritize the Application Development team's work load Provide cost estimation for project/change requests Carry out functional study and system design Work with internal teams and external vendors to provide solution Manage the development of enhancements and projects Manage the system testing and user acceptance testing for the deliverables Track defects arising from system testing or user acceptance testing and provide timely reports Ensure the defects reported from testing and production are fixed timely Plan and supervise deployment of new system or enhancements Provide 3rd level support for entrusted applications Develop backup and restore procedures and disaster recovery plan Provide input to application/infrastructure scalability and process improvement Act as a technical resource for internal and external projects Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. system development methodology, change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).
