Adecco is partnering a global logistics and supply chain management company, specializes in freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution services across various industries!The OpportunityAdecco is partnering with a Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management company, we are looking for Assistant Warehouse Manager (Contract Logistics) who is strong in excel and powerpoint presentation to the customer, to join their business! Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Manager.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: West, Penjuru Lane (Transport provided at Jurong East Mrt)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.15am to 5.45pm
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Preparing of data using excel and powerpoint slides to present to customers on the progress.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
• Prepare annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.

The Talent:

• At least 3 years of experience as Warehouse Manager.
• Strong in using excel and powerpoint slides.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
