We are a growing scrap metal recycling company specializing in the collection, processing, and trading of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support our warehouse operations.





Key Responsibilities:


Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, storing, and dispatching scrap metals. Support in supervising warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity. Help maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist with coordination of logistics for skip bin movements, dismantling, and reinstatement works when required. Inspect and help categorize ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Provide input on improving workflow and operational efficiency.


Requirements:


Experience in warehouse or logistics operations; supervisory or team leader experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of scrap metal materials (ferrous & non-ferrous) preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to handle warehouse duties. Willing to learn and take on greater responsibilities.
