We are looking for an Assistant/Deputy Manager for our Procurement team. The candidate needs to have good knowledge of procurement policies and guidelines. The candidate will work closely with the internal team and provide good support to our stakeholders on end-to-end procurement processes.
What you will be working on:
Responsibilities:-

• Review of documents prior to publication of quotation/tender (ITQ/ITT)
• Review and provide feedback on Quotation & Tender Evaluation Reports
• Review and approval of awards
• Assist with stakeholders' queries
• Review of procurement work processes
• Provide supervision and guidance to colleagues
• Conduct training sessions for Schools and Departments
• Member of procurement project development team
• Any other procurement related functions and initiatives

What we are looking for:
Requirements:-

• Min 3-4 years of experience in procurement (preferably in government agency)
• Analyse and problem solve work issues across functional areas
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Lead team members to resolve matters with users
• Good verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in common Microsoft software
• Hands on experience with procurement platform, GeBIZ, and Cumulus (Workday) system will be added advantage
