What the role is:

Oversee the success of the Integrated Resort (IR) expansion and short-term activation of Southern Islands (SI) and to formulate its mid/long-term plans. For the IR, to account manage contractual deliverables and perform various secretariat duties. On SI, being able to ideate initiatives to increase visitorship to SI and deliver twinned offerings with Sentosa island.

What you will be working on:

Integrated Resort (IR) Account Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor ongoing IR enhancement and expansion plans which is a key national tourism project \xe2\x80\xa2 Account management which includes managing the obligations of the agreement and assessing new concepts as they surface \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all proposed concept changes to the agreement\'s obligations are in accordance with government policies \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with other government agencies to manage, facilitate and monitor the IR\'s efforts in the tourism recovering efforts \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with internal stakeholders on the Sentosa interfacing works related to the IR Southern Islands (SI) Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Full suite of account management duties for short-term activation partners on the SI. This includes the opportunity to shape the success of the businesses \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting site visits to promote event and venue rental with follow up on assessing interest from potential event organisers and administering sales agreement with internal Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Explore future commercial and business opportunities and assess investment on infrastructure and essential amenities to support the developments Conduct or facilitate Proof of Concept for long term implementation which may include business development exposure to potential investors/partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with relevant Agencies and stakeholders to develop roadmap, planning and development principles to guide both the interim and longer-term development of SI \xe2\x80\xa2 Champion improvement of connectivity from Sentosa for Southern Islands. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Singapore Land Authority (SLA) and internal technical teams on basic services and infrastructure to support the ongoing activation \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with Procurement and Contracts and Island Investment teams on contracts management and tenancy renewals

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor\'s Degree - preference would be accorded to candidates with Business, Legal studies and Communications, and been exposed to sustainability related projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of working experience, dealing with different layers of stakeholder engagement and project management \xe2\x80\xa2 Business acumen, an eye for details with ability to make balanced and sound recommendations on policy matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and communication skills are highly desired as secretariat duties could be expected \xe2\x80\xa2 Pro-active and enjoys working in a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty in the ever-evolving landscape of tourism and development works \xe2\x80\xa2 Interest in shaping tourism and leisure products and thrives in cross-functional work environment and adopts a can-do attitude
