Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop electrical engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptualization through schematic and detailed design stages. Perform prototype testing, troubleshooting, and compile detailed analysis reports. Generate electrical schematics using manufacturer-specific parts, ensuring compliance with IEC standards. Participate in Product Data Management (PDM) implementation testing for electrical design automation. Involve in parts assembly, wiring, system installation, and performance evaluation. Provide technical support to production, customer service, and field service teams as required. Collaborate with customers on a weekly basis to discuss design improvements and concepts via calls or face-to-face meetings. Perform project costing and re-engineering initiatives to enhance project profit margins. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify high-risk electrical designs, carry out evaluation tests, and implement risk mitigation plans. Ensure all designs comply with relevant electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in resolving technical challenges.

Requirements:

Minimum

Diploma in Engineering (Electrical)

or related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including effective report writing. Knowledge of

SolidWorks

is an added advantage.
