The Company
I am partnering with my client in the fund management space to hire a Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager for their team. With investments globally, this role will get the chance to be exposed to a broad range of markets with varying complexities.
This role is an individual contributor role reporting to the Finance Director.
The Role

• Support the overall finance operations of the company.
• Manage the annual audit process, complying with group and statutory deadlines.
• Liaise with third party vendors (i.e. tax agents, auditors), to ensure accuracy of statutory documents and compliance to filing requirements.
• Maintain director and shareholder registers, and review NDA(s).
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity.
• Support investment decisions through working with legal and tax advisors on investment due diligence processes.

Work arrangement: 100% work-from-office, central Singapore.
Your Profile

• CPA/CA/ACCA qualification required.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 4-7 years' relevant finance experience, ideally with initial years in external audit and exposure to PE/VC in an in-house capacity or within your audit clientele.
• Self-disciplined, driven, willing to roll up your sleeves to work beyond the JD.
• Strong communicator with ability to liaise across regional teams.
