Job Description

Handle paperwork, reports & emails. Track project progress & worker attendance. Communicate with residents, HDB & contractors. Manage invoices, expenses & purchases. Keep safety records & ensure regulations are met. Prepare reports & assist management.

Requirements



2 years' admin experience

, preferably in construction/HIP projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good coordination & communication skills. Familiar with HDB processes * Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
