Job Description


Key responsibilities:

  • Support in providing Quantity Surveying services to Project Managers managing infrastructure projects under NUHS Cluster.
  • Establish and provide guidance on good practices in contract administration of infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain a registry of consultations, queries and feedback on procurement policies, standard contract documents and contract administration processes/templates for periodic review and improvement.
  • Support in drafting and reviewing of procurement papers.
  • Support as a secretariat for Sub-Board meetings and/or project steering committee meetings.
  • Develop as Subject Matter Expert Resource and Enabler on Procurement and Contract Administration.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties required by department.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Building or Project Management for infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in healthcare facilities and/or government projects will be an advantage.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from a recognised university in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or other relevant construction related discipline.
  • Good knowledge of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications eg. MS Words, Powerpoint and Excel.
