Support in providing Quantity Surveying services to Project Managers managing infrastructure projects under NUHS Cluster.
Establish and provide guidance on good practices in contract administration of infrastructure projects.
Maintain a registry of consultations, queries and feedback on procurement policies, standard contract documents and contract administration processes/templates for periodic review and improvement.
Support in drafting and reviewing of procurement papers.
Support as a secretariat for Sub-Board meetings and/or project steering committee meetings.
Develop as Subject Matter Expert Resource and Enabler on Procurement and Contract Administration.
Any other ad-hoc duties required by department.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Building or Project Management for infrastructure projects.
Experience in healthcare facilities and/or government projects will be an advantage.
Minimum Bachelor Degree from a recognised university in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or other relevant construction related discipline.
Good knowledge of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft applications eg. MS Words, Powerpoint and Excel.
