Job Summary

The

Mobility & Stretch Specialist

is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized assisted stretching and mobility sessions to clients. This role focuses on improving flexibility, joint mobility, posture, and overall movement quality to support injury prevention, recovery, and performance. The specialist will work closely with clients to assess mobility needs, guide proper techniques, and ensure a premium wellness experience aligned with Aire's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching and mobility sessions tailored to individual client needs Perform basic mobility and flexibility assessments to identify limitations and goals Apply safe stretching techniques to improve range of motion, posture, and muscle recovery Educate clients on proper movement, breathing, and self-care techniques Maintain accurate client records, session notes, and progress tracking Ensure all sessions follow safety, hygiene, and professional standards Collaborate with other wellness practitioners (if applicable) to support holistic client care Promote services and assist with client retention and rebooking Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area
Qualifications & Skills

Certification or training in stretching, mobility, physiotherapy assistance, sports science, personal training, yoga, or related fields Strong understanding of human anatomy, joint mechanics, and flexibility training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, client-focused, and service-oriented attitude Ability to modify sessions for different fitness levels, ages, and physical conditions Experience in wellness, fitness, rehabilitation, or recovery services is an advantage
Physical Requirements

Ability to assist clients with guided movements and stretches Comfortable standing, kneeling, and supporting clients during sessions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
