For more information, visit www.globalfoundries.com Introduction: Perform shift duties to support CIM system for operations, such as first line CIM recovery according to SOP provided and escalate to Level 2 CIM engineers when appropriate. Essential Responsibilities include:

• Monitor CIM system and server performance and support other IT related issues
• Assist CIM engineers to do CIM link up to the tools
• Setup, install and administrate terminal servers, Fab PCs and others CIM related equipment
• Constant audit on the Fab PC & CIM hardware tidiness to meet cleanroom audit standard
• Assist CIM engineers to conduct Acceptance Testing for CIM enhancements
• Perform routine Accounts Request Creation and Maintenance
• Attend to CIM Work Requests assigned
• Responsible for CIM Issue Logging for all issues reported and encountered
• Responsible to ensure clear and concise shift pass down to next shift AE eg: Outstanding issues, tasks not completed

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Science or Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related fields; or relevant education and years of working experiences
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player
• Good analytical and systematic problem solving skills
