WHAT YOU WILL DO
Main Responsibilities
Provides support to complete work activities timely, efficiently and satisfactorily
Collates and report the team shift or day activities to the team lead
Provides simple troubleshooting and diagnostic of equipment failure to determine the root cause and perform immediate corrective actions. Use RTPS or RCFA tool for difficult or complex problem.
Standby for any emergency repair after office hours / weekends and public holidays.
Operates and maintains process equipment/utilities /Facilities within the production plant
Performs and coordinates utilities shutdown, startup, swing over, and equipment servicing and inspection
Performs jobs assigned by Manager pertaining to installation, modification, fabrication, testing, servicing and repairs of equipment with adherence to site change control procedures or minor projects.
Carries out Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) improvement initiatives (i.e. audits, training, etc) and submit recommendation
Performs corrective and preventive maintenance for the Process /Utilities equipment/ systems to ensure efficient running of equipment.
Executes CMMS Work Instruction from process plants (e.g. Isolation and Reconnection of electrical supply, install earthing bonds for new or replacement piping, replace faulty lighting and troubleshoot/repair any E/I faults)
Performs basic troubleshooting of the AHU/ BMS system.
Assists Manger/ Engineer during the vendor servicing and testing of PRDs/ process Equipment/ Systems
Participate in SHE, Business Compliance, cGMP and all other compliance-related matters, where applicable
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualification
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience in mechanical maintenance field in the Petrochemical or related industries
Knowledge of cGMP and good documentation practice will be an advantage
This is a career conversion programme under Workforce Singapore (WSG) and candidates must meet the following criteria and are open to the following conditions:

PMETs/Mid-Careerist with more than 2 years working experience (no prior work experience in Biopharma industry) are welcomed to apply
