Job Description
- Coach and motivate account specialists to close a deal
- Develop effective training programs to teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale
- Monitor and sets weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for agents to achieve
- Conduct sales meetings to track the performance of the team
Minimum Qualification
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Has at least 2-4 years experience in real estate as a manager
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to motivate and lead a team
