Job Description
The incumbent will provide operational support, in the area of Accounts Receivable and Reconciliation, to the Central Finance team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of data for bank transactions for entry, reconciliation and follow up with the various departments
- Contact department/customers to identify nature of incoming funds when little or no details are provided and follow up on unidentified receipts
- Provide advice and support to departments/customers on accounts receivable matters
- Bank reconciliation promptly prepared and escalated on unresolved issues
- Follow up on any accounts receivable outstanding issues
- Prepare, analyse, review and assist in the submission of management reporting relating to accounts receivable
- Support and follow up in the aging analysis on accounts receivable aged items especially those long aged items more than
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable
- Excellent attention to details
- Experience in SAP preferable but not necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Team player
