Make an Impact by:

• Establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions to challenges.
• Driving continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification to enhance finance and purchasing process and control.
• Reviewing of commercial commitments to ensure timely reporting of savings derived from the commitments.
• Ensuring adherence of internal and external finance process flow.
• Assisting in contract drafting and negotiations to create operational and cost efficiencies.
• Coordinating and conducting financial reconciliation to ensure scope utilization is on track.
• Monthly tracking of expenditure reports and invoice payments.
• Driving monthly budget meetings with business units to ensure budget optimization.
• Assisting with quarterly re-forecasting, annual budgets, and projections.
• Assisting with any ad-hoc projects such as pitch management.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance/ Business/ Mass Communications
• Familiar with SAP system
• Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Financial and commercial management in an advertising environment will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently, and cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
