Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure assigned BAU deliverables are completed within SLA
• Design and setup campaign workflows based on campaign objectives
• Ensure high accuracy and timely execution in all campaign types using Contextual Marketing Platform (CMP)
• Work closely within the team process improvements
• Work closely within the team for technology team initiatives/activities

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver new batch and automated campaigns for the bank
• Mange high volume and complexity of campaigns executions to various customer segments across different channels
• Improve existing processes and usage of campaign tools
• Track timeliness and accuracy of campaign execution
• Post campaign troubleshooting and investigations of customers issues
• Provide support for campaign response tracking

Required work experience

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in campaign execution
• Ability to analyze large quantities of generated data from multiple sources, while ensuring data integrity
• Strong analytical skills, highly numerate
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and proactiveness
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Willing to learn and fast learner
• Strong in pyspark/ SQL/SAS base programming (please note a technical programming skills will be assessed during the interview)
• Strong knowledge in campaign management domain
• Strong in campaign management tools such as HCL Unica campaign, Interact
• Past working experience in Banking industry is a plus
