Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities (Ops Processor and Project Role)
- Acquire Unsecured lending process knowledge (application processing till maintenance) through onsite hand-ons experience
- Contact customer with regards to incomplete credit cards and unsecured loans applications
- Engage with various internal partners/stakeholders for data and analysis requirement and provide insights through data visualization and presentations to define roadmap and process improvement
- Lead/Participate the team in providing ideas/initiatives in digitization and automation improvement
- Identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate the risk
- Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner
- Meticulous individual with an eye for details
- Demonstrates good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Qlikview
- Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive
- Ability to manipulate and handle large datasets
