Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Job Purpose To provide Static Configuration Support for Treasury & Markets regionally Key Accountabilities:

• Support the counterparty onboarding and Static Data Configuration in Treasury Core Systems
• Familiar with Standard Settlement Instructions, Currency Pairs, Holiday Calendars & creation of Bond instrument
• Good interpersonal skills
• Daily tasks are performed on timely and accurate manner to meet SLA

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Counterparty profile setup and maintenance in Murex, Front Arena, AXE, MLC, UBIX and other Treasury Core Systems
• Trading portfolios setup and maintenance in Murex, Front Arena and AXE
• Creation and maintenance of Standard Settlement Instructions
• Holiday calendar maintenance in Murex, Front Arena, FinIQ and ILMS
• Maintenance of credit ratings for Bond Issuers
• Update ISDA / CSA / NAFMII / PAD Master Agreements
• Currency and Currency Pairs setup and maintenance in Murex and Front Arena
• Bond static creation & maintenance in Murex and Front Arena
• Liaise with Treasury dealers, Relationship Managers, Finance Dept, and RMG on Static Configuration matters
• Drive technology and process improvements to improve STP and efficiency
• Maintain & document of any new and amended process procedures periodically

Requirements:

• Min 2-3 years of banking experience, specifically in static configuration
• Knowledge in using Bloomberg and Reuters
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access or VBA
