Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of integration/ automation components for DevOps productivity tools and environments.Design and develop solutions for data analytics and reporting. * Support design and development of process automation for DevOps activities.

• Support documentation of standard processes and best practices.
• Hands-on coding, unit testing and automated functional testing.
• Involved in web development, REST API development and smart metering information development.
• Ability to conduct research into software issues and products as required.
• Ability to work with the latest tools and techniques
• Working in highly collaborative teams and building quality environments.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced, global environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, a related technical field that involves programming, or combination of equivalent practical experience and education.
• Minimum 2 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years working experience in relevant role/s
• Significant experience with Java 11/17, Spring Boot Framework, Maven, Kafka, Web Sockets, gRPC, Gradle, Node JS and JavaScript, CSS, ReactJS, Angular / Vue, Python
• Experience in utilising open-source technologies and related configurations.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP protocols
• Experience working with DevOps tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube)

Experience in at least one of the databases such as MariaDB/MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server / Redis / MongoDB / Hive * Good to have an experience in Java design patterns, Micro services, and event driven architectures.

• Possess good problem-solving skill and can adapt to changes in business requirements.
• Effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced, global environment.
• Strong communications skills to collaborate with developers, QA, project managers and other stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile teams using JIRA tool.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn new skills, existing and emerging technologies
