Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)

Responsibilities:
Support Relationship Managers in servicing HNW/UHNW clients.
Assist with account opening, documentation, and client onboarding.
Prepare client reports, investment proposals, and meeting materials.
Coordinate with product and operations teams to deliver seamless services.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in private banking, wealth management, or brokerage support.
Strong client servicing and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the wealth management industry.
