:You will be part of a dynamic frontline team to provide a pleasant, safe and wholesome experience for all visitors to Gardens by the Bay. Your role encompasses various aspects of attractions operations, which includes handling escalated cases from ticketing operations, taking charge of cash handling, procedures such as processing of refunds and voids, admission control and crowd management, responding to incidents and emergencies, and attending to visitor enquiries. You will also work closely with all Team Leaders to ensure timely delivery of a first-class service experience for all visitors.Qualifications:
