14101Human Resource & Organization DepartmentThe Human Resource & Organization Department champions the people agenda for GIC. We invest in talent and organization development, to maximize potential of our people for long term sustainable performance. We are organized by strategic HR domains and work in partnership with business groups to manage talent and build impactful teams. Our HR domains are: Graduate Recruitment, GIC School, HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organization Strategy, People Analytics & Solutions, and People Operations & Advisory.You will be part of the Employer Brand unit within the Talent & Organisation Strategies (T&OS) team, which oversees overall talent strategy and organisational development to drive sustained high performance for GIC. The Employer Brand team positions GIC as the top-of-mind employer of choice across our 11 markets. Our aim is to deliver a consistent employer brand across channels to convey our compelling employer value proposition for both graduate recruitment and experienced hires. We work closely with the business to hone fit-for-purpose messages for targeted populations. We work closely with top creative agencies to deliver impactful content.ResponsibilitiesThe Associate / AVP for Employer Brand reports into the Employer Brand Lead. This person will have a strong seat at the table to shape our EB strategy and drive its effective execution across multiple domains.StrategyIn the context of a small and nimble team, influence our overall EB strategy with the aim of conveying the 'fresh spirit' of GIC to the next generation of talent.Work with the EB Lead to hone supporting value proposition articulation and key messages, both visually and in written formContinue to evolve our employer brand guidebook over time to ensure relevance and coherenceCampaignsOversee all social media campaigns across media channelsSupport employer marketing eventsWork with creative agency partners to stage larger campaignsGenerate own written and design content for smaller initiativesAnalyticsMonitor and analyse employer brand and marketing performance metrics across channels: content viewership, content engagement, and target audience perceptions (inputs), as well as recruitment outcomes (outputs)Develop a dashboard for ongoing trackingRecommend pivots and actions based on insights from the dataRequirements2+ years of advertising, marketing and/or corporate communications experience in a top-tier organisationStrong copywriting skillsStrong understanding of social media and Google AnalyticsStrong project management skills to execute projects strategically and efficientlyStrong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across stakeholdersOur PRIME Values Our PRIME ValuesGIC is a values driven organization.
