Performance Expectations & KPI: Expected to meet quarterly total sales revenue target with it being the key performance indicator of this job position. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting sales targets, processing orders and marketing of brand products and services. Responsible for brand reputation and entirety of customers’ shopping experience. Responsible for hiring/training new staff/interns and their performance. Responsible for managing inventory and operational functionality/presentation of boutique. Responsible for intermittent design and development of new jewelry display pieces. Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all company and customer information. Responsible for quarterly business report submission. Working Hours & Location: 360 Orchard Road, International Building #11-06/11-07, Singapore 238869 11.00am - 7.30pm on Monday to Friday and 11.00am - 4.30pm on Saturday. Rest days will fall on Saturday(half), Sunday and Public Holidays. Requirements & Conditions: Commitment to a minimum of 2 years with a view in building a long term working relationship is fundamental. Eligible for promotion to the position of Senior Associate Boutique Manager upon 2 years employment subjected to performance and management review. Understanding, know how and talent especially in social media marketing e.g. instagram. Experience & Education: At least 5-10 years experience in luxury retail sales environment. Knowledge and passion in gemstones, diamonds and jewelry/design customization is essential. Benefits Remuneration: Base salary: S$4,000 Gross salary: S$6,000 - S$8,000 (including bonuses & annual wage supplement) Gross salary range is expected to be between S$6,000 - S$8,000 or more including performance bonuses and annual wage supplement subjected to cpf contributions based on current average sales revenue. Performance bonuses merited will be credited on a quarterly basis in the ensuing month in April, July, October and January based on closed invoices in the previous quarter subjected to management review based on the company’s financial results. Applicable after 3 months completion of employment. Annual wage supplement(AWS) equivalent of one month’s base salary will be given upon 1 year completion of employment subjected to management review. Leave & Benefit: Entitlement to 12 days of pro-rated paid annual leave capped at maximum of 2 days for Saturday subjected to team’s schedule upon completion of 3 months employment. Entitlement to 1 more day of paid annual leave up to a maximum of 18 days for every additional 12 months of continuous employment, Entitlement to a complimentary paid off day on the day of your birthday. Entitlement up to 14 days of paid medical sick leave and 60 days paid hospitalization leave according to the number of months of employment completed.
