This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates who are eager to start their career in HR technology and

consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in understanding client business needs and HR processes. Participate in requirement gathering and documentation. Support the configuration and testing of HR and Payroll modules. Help prepare training materials and support user training sessions. Assist consultants during solution demonstrations and client meetings. Provide support during system testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases. Collaborate with technical and product teams for issue resolution.

What You'll Learn

Hands-on experience in HR and Payroll system implementation. Understanding of HR modules such as Core HR, Leave, Time Management, Compensation,

and Employee Information.

Exposure to project management methodologies and enterprise software delivery. Communication and consulting skills working with international teams and clients.

Who Can Apply
